Digital video surveillance systems are not very expensive. They start as low as $300 for a simple 4 camera system and can go up to several thousand dollars. We attended a Columbus self storage auction this morning and it’s hard to believe what kind of bargains you can get there. I am talking pennies (or less) on the dollar.

This Columbus storage auction was not very well attended. Only two bidders showed up, but there were 10 self storage units to sell. Many of the units contained the typical household items, such as furniture, beds, mattresses and old TVs.

Most of these units sold for $10 or $5.

Incredible! I am sure you can pick just one of the items in these units and sell them for more on Craigslist or Ebay.

One of the self storage units had a motorbike (without a tank) and a professional toolbox. This one went for $175!
